Entity and Programs

This website is operated by Steven Vasilev MD, A Professional Corporation (the “Practice”), which offers educational and clinical programs under the names Lotus Endometriosis Institute and Tranquility Women’s Health (collectively, the “Programs”).

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version.


Not Medical Advice; Emergencies

No Physician–Patient Relationship

TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY IS FOUND, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Practice and its personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.


Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.


Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located within the State of California for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site.


Severability; Entire Agreement; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings. Any failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
