In our process, a consult isn’t scheduled first and records requested later—we begin with a preliminary review of your symptoms and the medical records you can provide so we can tell you directly whether a consultation is likely to be meaningful.

The fastest way to move forward is to submit what you have (prior operative reports, pathology, imaging reports/images if available, and a brief treatment history).
