Yes, endometriosis can be associated with urinary urgency, frequency, and bladder pain. In some patients, endometriosis involves the bladder wall itself (often as a form of deep endometriosis), which can cause suprapubic pressure, pain with urination, or symptoms that flare cyclically around a period, even when routine urine tests and cultures are normal.
At the same time, urinary symptoms don’t automatically mean bladder endometriosis is the cause. Similar symptoms can come from conditions that commonly overlap with endometriosis (such as interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome, pelvic floor dysfunction, or other pelvic pain drivers), so the key is to evaluate the whole picture rather than assume a single cause.
