You suspect you may have endometriosis or adenomyosis
What are the symptoms of bladder endometriosis?
Bladder endometriosis can feel like urinary pain or pressure that doesn’t behave like a typical infection—especially when urine cultures keep coming back normal. Common symptoms include burning or pain with urination (dysuria), a heavy/bladder-pressure sensation low in the pelvis (suprapubic pain), and urinary urgency or frequency.
Some people notice a cycle pattern, with bladder symptoms flaring before or during their period, but others have more constant symptoms or mostly pelvic pain with minimal urinary complaints. Blood in the urine can happen, but it’s not required and its absence doesn’t rule bladder involvement out. Because bladder endometriosis often overlaps with deeper pelvic disease (and sometimes other bladder pain conditions), we focus on your full symptom story and patterns so we can decide what targeted evaluation is most likely to give answers—reach out to schedule a consultation with our team if these symptoms sound familiar.
