You suspect you may have endometriosis or adenomyosis
What should I track to get my bloating taken seriously?
Tracking patterns can turn “bloating” into clear, actionable data. We recommend noting when it happens (cycle day, ovulation, before/during your period), how severe it feels (0–10), and whether there is visible abdominal distension—photos on the same time of day can be especially helpful.
Also track bowel habits and symptoms alongside the bloating: constipation or diarrhea, pain with bowel movements, nausea, pelvic pain, urinary urgency, or heavy bleeding. Jot down likely triggers such as certain meals, stress, travel, or poor sleep, and briefly note how it impacts daily life (clothing fit, work, exercise, intimacy). If your bloating is persistent, cyclical, or comes with significant pelvic symptoms, our team can review your history and help you plan next steps—reach out to schedule a consultation.
